Phantom by Envi was created with a focus on discretion, minimal visibility, and a refined user experience. Designed for subtle use, the device produces little to no visible vapour - delivering an almost invisible experience tailored to a modern, privacy-conscious audience. I led the development of Phantom as a new sub-brand from concept to execution, working closely with the Envi team to define its identity, visual language, and overall creative direction across product, packaging, and digital touchpoints.

Working within a highly saturated market and strict regulatory constraints, the project required a strategic and minimal approach. Mandatory health warnings occupied 50% of the packaging front, while illustrations that could appeal to minors were prohibited. In response, we embraced a monochromatic black palette across packaging, print, and web materials to emphasize sophistication and discretion. The result is a cohesive, modern brand that stands out through restraint - balancing compliance with a strong, premium visual identity.
